Introductory Fitness Assessment

The Introductory Fitness Assessment will guide you through a series of tests that will include cardiovascular endurance assessment on a treadmill or other fitness equipment, assessments of muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and body composition to help determine your fitness level. Using a combination of your testing results and your personal goals, Anabell will then determine the best possible fitness routine for you.

Your fitness assessment will comprise of the following:

  • Body composition (% body fat) via skinfold test
  • Photo evaluation to measure progress
  • Overhead squat assessment
  • Muscular strength via leg press and bench press for maximum rep test
  • Muscular endurance via push-up and jump squat tests
  • Cardiopulmonary function via treadmill or stationary bicycle tests
  • Flexibility via sit and reach test
  • Includes a complimentary fitness tee/tank
  • Includes a complimentary Foam Roll with detailed description and pictures of foam rolling exercises.

 


• All new clients MUST undergo a fitness assessment.
• All new clients should undergo a basic medical screening prior to the assessment with their physician.
• Clients will need clothing and footwear suitable for exercise.
• Please review the Test Preparation document. It will be sent 24 hours prior to your assessment.
