About Anabell Certified Personal Trainer and Kettlebell Instructor

Ana Browne is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) based in the DC, MD, and VA area. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In addition, she is certified by the American Red Cross in CPR, AED, First Aid and Blood Bourne Pathogens.

Ana has numerous specialties which separate her from other trainers:

Ana has the privilege of working along side Jeff Martone, a well known leader in the Kettlebell industry. Jeff holds several competition records in the Kettlebell world and has published several books on Kettlebell training. Ana works as Jeff’s assistant when he is conducting his Kettlebell certifications. Through years of working with Jeff, Ana has gained an extensive knowledge of perfecting ones Kettlebell technique and form as well as being able to work around injuries.

Ana is a former Figure Competitor and is currently a Bikini Competitor for the National Physique Committee (NPC). In High School Ana competed as a Varsity athlete playing basketball for 4 years, along with volleyball and track. While completing her B.S. in Rehabilitation Services at UMES, with a focus on mental health, Ana was the Women’s Basketball Athletic Trainer for 3 years, where she attended to sports related injuries.

Through years of experience training herself and others to meet various fitness goals, Ana has become a diverse trainer with a complete understanding of the word DISCIPLINE. Working alongside well known leaders in the fitness industry, such as Jeff Martone and John Brookfield, has helped Ana develop the solid foundation necessary to help anyone meet their individualized fitness goals. These goals can be sports related, physical endurance training, or transforming the body for competition.

Since no individuals have identical backgrounds and fitness goals, Ana works with her clients to develop customized fitness and nutrition plans to guarantee success. Your program will constantly progress through structured phases in order to safely and effectively take your fitness to the highest possible level.
